Papercut overload

I've been working really hard recently, and putting in many hours to fulfill orders, to top it I did a special offer on two of my mothers day design, I had no idea they would be so popular, but as always love a challenge, and they do make great gifts!!

This is how many I've done so far, but only half way through...

More tea?

Based on my cup of tea papercut, here is the next installment for a real tea blender!!!

Magic in the kitchen

So where does the magic happen for you? Ha ha, well this papercut receiver it happens in the mixing bowl. This will look fantastic in the kitchen or dining room along with me tea cut outs, here's a sneak peek at my first cut, I'm yet to decide which colour will work but a lovely sparkly red or pink will make it girl!

Coloured Paper

I'm having a dilenma on which colour to cut out my design for a first wedding anniversary. The original order was for a light green background, but the contrast isn't so apparent when you put it against a darker green, or even cutting it out of this colour! I've sent them to the customer for their opinion too as at the end of the day, it has to look right in their home. Here are some pictures, all comments welcome!

This week I have designed a papercut for a lady who requested a beautiful saying about change, I tested out the design, but needs a bit of work as the butterfly wings were two thin to cut but here are some pictures of what it would look like:

Tea again...

My love of tea will be prevalent though my work, and will keep popping up every now and again (its like a safety blanket!) And on a damp cold Sunday afternoon I couldn't think of anything better to do then make my first two tea papercuts. Oh did i mention it was damp and cold... snow? nope we had none! boo....

Wow, I'm feeling the love!

First day of having a facebook page, (can you tell i'm new to all this?) and I've had a fantastic response from friends and family and plenty of new faces!!!! Thank you everyone. The orders I have already taken I will endeavour to commence this week, though I didn't think I would get such a good response that my lead time may be effected, I'll keep you all informed. I've also put a rough price list on my page, but will structure a 'proper' one this week so people don't need to keep asking. Thank you again for all the love and support, it really does mean a lot to me! x
